San Pedro

On Monday we explored the tide pools in San Pedro w/ minor injuries. Belize cut her hand and Rio bashed his head. No worries, white chocolate pretzels and swedish fish solve all problems.This boy loves his Nana and is now referring to her as, "Nani."

Then we headed to the fish market which wasn't that great- mostly smelly dirty restaurants with little fish market going on. Oh well, we settled for fish and chips- yum!

(Italian accent): "What's the deal you crazya cara? Whata are you tryin' to do to me? You are not evena moving!"
In the afternoon Rio took a long nap and Belize resumed her cuddling.

Gregg Family Love Fest

The Greggs (Minus Aunt Richelle and Uncle Darren (although I guess technically they are Waltons)) flew in Christmas evening and it has been a love fest ever since. Both the kids love to give random hugs and say, "I love you." And truly, it doesn't get any better than that! I think all parties involved have been having a PRETTY good time. ;)Uncle Kyle is heading back down to BYU after his trip.
Brannon got Christmas Eve and Christmas and the day after OFF- it was a Christmas miracle and was by FAR the best present I received. :)
Aunt Sarah will head home with my parents (that is- AFTER they go to Mexico!!!) for her off-track semester at BYU-I.

Richelle made me this FREAKING CUTE apron! It looks so professional and even has an adorable button in the back!
Oh the computer love is off the charts in this house right now.
Just doin' man stuff.

Sunday evening we walked down to Candycane lane and saw the lights- Rio is DETERMINED to shut his eyes for pictures, I SWEAR!

Christmas Eve & Morn 2010

By the 5th time this year, Santa was a breeze and a joy to converse with. I'm pretty sure he had memorized that Belize wanted a unicorn pillow pet and Rio wanted a choo choo train- still couldn't look him in the eyes though.

This is what complete satisfaction and contentment looks like.

If you are looking for Rio, he's probably in his room, atop his table.

Belize got her own set of scriptures for her birthday from Brannon and I. They have her name on them and she LOVES to tote them to church.

Mom, he finally let me put his superman shirt on him (but I was sneaky and he didn't notice when I attached the cape, needless to say, once he found it, he freaked out and ripped it off- bahahahaha). Sorry my kids are weird.

Is this girl GORGEOUS or what! Holy smokes! Brannon is getting ready to get the shotgun as we speak.

 The Christmas Ortho party is Angie's and I's most highly anticipated event of the year!  It's an excuse to buy a new dress or ridiculously high pair of shoes.  So  .  .  .  we MIGHT have taken some before shots with the Nielsens.  And since I hadn't worn earrings in quite a while- Brannon MIGHT have re-pierced one of my ears, he is a surgeon- right?
