Oh 4 o'clock witching hour, when my kids spiral out of control and dinner needs to be cooked- I have not missed you AT ALL! In fact. I hate you. . . . back to the grind (p.s. why are my kids angels while on vacation? I'd rather have it the other way around). Also, I still love my kids a lot in case you were worried, I just don't like them very much at this instant.

Getting excited for Valentine's day!

Where should we go on family vacation in May? There are so many possibilities that it is paralyzing. The theme is relaxation/pool/tan/will be good with small children.

Sometimes I feel like venting bad/disappointing things on facebook but then I think about people actually commenting on my personal disparaging feelings and that is probably worse. I want to live in reality and complain to Angie Call Nielsen tomorrow- hehe.

Sometimes things you know for sure can be lost without action.

Belize calls the samples at Costco, "examples". We had grapefruit juice a couple weeks ago and I've been craving it ever since. . . . so I bought 2 gallons. Thank you Costco- its the little things.

Trying so hard to catch up on blogging but I'm haven't even gotten to Christmas yet :(

Remember during highschool when not having a Valentine was the most depressing thing ever? Rio asked Belize to be his Valentine this year and it reminded me of all those years when my brother stepped up too. Thanks Kyle Gregg for being the best brother EVER! You are pretty much epic.

The kids are at a playdate (all of them!- thanks Ang!) so I'm rolling up my sleeves for cupcakes and listening to MoTab. Blissful (and QUIET) afternoon.

Still feels magical when a baby falls asleep in my arms.

When Bro and I were dating he called me "Baby Girl". Then we had a baby girl, then it was weird. Haven't had a nickname since.


March:
Just want to run down the street like a psycho yelling "I LOVE CALIFORNIA WEATHER!!!!!!! at the top of my lungs. Good good day!

The ONE day a year that my kids sleep until 7:00, I can't enjoy it because I'm trying to catch up on an hour of missed sleep. CURSE YOU Daylight savings!!!!!

Fresh and easy is sooooo fun, picked up some ready to make meals that actually do look fresh. Produce was not so hot. And on a side note- Belize broke a bottle of wine, had a meltdown, then Mayan had a meltdown and had to suck on a wine-soaked binky (yes, I did the "lick clean" but it still smelled of alcohol)- whew!

Oh man, I got it so bad. Rio snuggles his body close to mine, looks up at me with those big charming eyes and says in a sweet voice, "Mommy, can I pleeeeease watch Wibert Wobert Word (Ribbert Robert's world)? I will love you forever!!!" Then he proceeds to flash a handsome smile and blinks his looooong eyelashes. Pitter patter my heart. I have got it bad!

Match day! Seems like so long ago . . . can't wait for "found a job day!!!"

And I promise I will not eat sweets this week. (I've been on overload lately).

I DID just get on the computer for the 1st time and my house IS clean? Coincident? hehe

One more step to becoming my mother, something I swore I'd never do- considering matching outfits for the kids pictures. It is SO uncool but dang it, the outfits are so cute!!!!! and so matchy!!!!!  (to update this, I never did get those matching outfits- SEE I am so a cool mama- hahahaa)

April:
Rio, while playing table tennis on the Wii- "This guy is too hard, that's why I'm letting him win!" Isn't he a nice guy? Also, Mayan is now eating Cheerios (for some reason this feels like a really big deal)!!
