Nala was our fearless leader, protecting us from "ooger lions" (combination of mountain lion and cougar according to Belize), and baby mice (which she caught-eww!).

The outdoors seems to bring out the potty talk in Belize for some weird reason.

To the cabin we went! Located on Hood Canal, this is probably Brannon's favorite place in the world. He even lived there for awhile when he was a kid. The wind on the ferry was quite intense and we had to coax the kids out to take pictures.
He's not crying, he's TRYING to smile-hehehe.

Brannon's birthday coincided with the beginning of his last vacation week of the year so we ate at the pancake house, packed our bags and headed to the airport (then waited 5 1/2 hours in the airport while our plane had some technical difficulties, then boarded a different plane (unfortunately we had to cancel Bro's birthday dinner and openhouse) to SEATTLE! Luckily, a lot of people were able to make it the following day and we celebrated in style with 8 LBS of SALMON, martinelli's and multiple birthday cakes!
