Even though the kids technically have not had a scheduled nap time for over a year, we still try to balance on a VERY high rope between needing one and not needing one. This video demonstrates what can happen in the evening on a day when the kids did not nap. (Rio fell off a couple cement steps and got a big goose egg, then night kept going down from there).
The next day- totally happy.
