Aren't cupcakes the best? I made these chocolate mousse filled chocolate vanilla swirl cupcakes w/ oreo frosting cupcakes (phew long name) for my awesome friend, Robin's birthday!!! Happy Birthday Robin, you really do rock! . . . and I really stink at Rock band.
I had left over batter so I made this cake for my sister Richelle (2o) and my mom (who doesn't look a day over 29! I can't believe you're somewhere between 49 and 51!). Thanks for being my mom, Mom!
Belize got to the cake before it could make it's way to the party, but no one seemed to mind. 
Belize is my right hand man in the kitchen, she is an expert taste tester!
